Orthodox Christians and clergy who wish to use the church for a sacrament (baptism, wedding, etc.) must seek approval for this from Fr. Theodore. You can submit these requests to the church office or directly to Fr. Matthew.
Our facilities (i.e. two fellowship halls and kitchen) are available to parishioners of St. John the Baptist for various functions. All inquiries need to be addressed to the church office, at the earliest date possible prior to the event and an application submitted. This allows time to reserve the date on the parish calendar and receive any other information about using the facility.
The facilities must be cleaned to the church’s specifications, which will be communicated when the reservation is confirmed. A current or former Parish Council member must be assigned to each event, as the responsible party for event clean-up and facility use.
At this time, the facilities are not available for rental to non-parishioners.
